(Weekend of September 7-September 9, 2007)
Monkee Time!
This weekend in the Underground Garage it's Monkee time! That's right, we are celebrating the 41st anniversary of the TV show that led to Monkee mania - mostly because we forgot to celebrate the 40th. With us this week will be the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, the Sex Pistols, and the New York Dolls. New music from the Chesterfield Kings, Grip Weeds, the Actual, the Stabilisers, the White Stripes, and Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band. Find out what Rufus Thomas, Jack Nicholson, Johnny Rotten, and Bill Murray have in common. It's Monkee mania this weekend in the Underground Garage.
