Show 775 - The Big Bang

Air Date:

Tuesday, 07 February 2017

Hey baby, Little Steven here, and we are celebrating The Big Bang of Rock n’ Roll this weekend, the Beatles’ television performance on a crazy cat, Ed Sullivan’s TV show.

We will have something for all you youngsters out there.

Joining us will be the Swinging Blue Jeans, the Bee Gees when they were a rock band, Badfinger and the Raspberries.

Come find out what Fats Domino, Joe Perry, and Martin Lewis have in common.

It’s the Big Bang of Rock n’ Roll in the world’s only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio.

I’ll see you in the Underground Garage.

WOW! ANOTHER classic update! The Beatles are my all time favorite band and I love to revisit this show!!!!When they played Ed Sullivan I was a mere 5 months old!!!!! I got hooked on the first single I ever bought- Let It Be which I purchased at age 7!! LOVE the new one by Jake Clemmons but it sounds kinda familiar!!!Thank you for playing THE coolest music in the universe!!!!!!!! :)
