Show 733 - New York

Air Date:

Monday, 18 April 2016

Hey baby, Little Steven here.

Join us this weekend as we celebrate New York City, and we throw a few suburbs in as well.

Joining us will be Blues Magoos, Blondie, the Ramones, Dion and the Belmonts, the Lovin’ Spoonful, Bob Dylan, the Chiffons, and Garland Jefferies.

Find out why they call it the “Big Apple”.

Find out where in 1966 if you had wandered into this little cafe you would of seen Jimi Hendrix playing.

Come find out what Hilly Kristal, Toots Shor, Ron Delsener, and Jilly have in common.

It’s the only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio baby, I’ll see you this weekend in the Underground Garage.

Cool show... Last time was in 2011... A little problem in editing for set 5... it is mentioned that Bruce Springsteend and ESB's former coolest song in the world "The Wrong Side of the Street" is played, but it's not played...
