Tune in to find out what Sonny Boy Williamson, Teddy Roosevelt, David Bowie, Connie Francis have in common.

I could not disagree more with the belief that rock musicians shouldn't look like their audience. Rock and roll is populist music. It's from the streets and it's of the streets. It's the people's music. And I want to feel like my favorite bands and I are all part of the same community.

I want to see a musician on stage and think, "He's one of us," or as is most often the case with me, "SHE'S one of us." If bands wear suits or matching costumes (excluding The White Stripes), it separates them from the audience. If the kids are united, they will never be divided.

5 cool ones. Baby’s In Black (Beatles), My Generation (Who), Forgotten Man (Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers) a extra one here -- Jean Genie (David Bowie), Fat Girls Dance (Nils Lofgren)a very cool one. Good to hear Nils talkin on the show & Brown Sugar (Little Richard). Thanks Stevie, Keep on Rockin.

Who really cares what kind of clothes musicians are wearing as long as they are wearing something? It´s only the music that maters: the rhythm and the melodies and the energy of songs they deliver. It´s irrevelant how cool dressers Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are, at least for me (but maybe not for Mr Little Steven?:)!

Iggy, jeans, no shirt, no shoes, no socks, ALL SERVICE!!!!!!

Nothing like a little show biz with rock. Mott, Roxy, Bowie, Elton, NY Dolls. You wondered on the way to the show what they would wear. Part of the fun. A 'look' counts.
