I don't know what it is that makes me love you so/I only know that I never want to let you go/ 'cause you started something.....Oh Excuse Me! I was just working on some new song lyrics. THE LOVE DOCTOR is in the HOUSE! Thank You so Very Much, Little Steven, for another 5 Star special! And, of course, I would also like to Thank The Administrator for getting the show up into the Archives for all to enjoy. And all Before This week's show! GOOD WORK! O.K. Here We Go! Show # 592. That Love Disease Pt. 2: I Only Want to Be With You: BLISS!! Yes, I do remember what Bliss was like.....so long ago. But wait now I experience Eternal Bliss Every Day through.... Oh, All right. I'll stick to the show. I hope that all Underground Garage members notice the very Ornate decorations on the page. Just like Blissful Wallpaper! O.K. This Week, I shall choose TWO favs from each set. Fair enough, Class! Yes, I do agree with Dr. Steven, The LOVE DOCTOR! Nothing like that BLISS when 2 people love each other so much and everything is in perfect synch! Yeah Baby! Set 1. I Only Want To Be With You by the Late but Very Great Dusty Springfield. My other choice would be The Beatles with Eight Days A Week. Yes simply cannot get enough of each other when there is BLISS! And closing out the 1st set with Telstar by The Tornados which was produced by that tortured genius, Mr. Joe Meek! Very Nice Musical Bed. Set 2. Very ASTUTE observation by The Love Doctor, Little Steven, about those 1st few years of development. WOW! I never knew that you also had a degree in Psychology, as well, Stevie! Very Impressive! I also have one myself, as well as some graduate courses in Counseling! But I Digress. Incredible tune which is The World Turns All Around Her by The Byrds, written by the genius of Mr. Gene Clark. Yes and it certainly does turn ALL around her when All things BLISS reign Supreme! My other pick would be The Beatles with I Feel Fine. Certainly can't beat that feeling of BLISS while the both of you feel Very FINE! Set 3. Gotta go With I Could Build My Whole World Around Her by the incredible voices of Mr. Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrel! What a BLISSFUL tune! My other pick would be the Dave Clark Five with Glad All Over. Excellent tune that captures that BLISS! Did you know that Dave Clark copied Joe Meeks' method of having the group STOMP on floorboards like Joe did with The Honeycombs when they recorded Have I The Right? Of course, you would NEVER get Dave to admit to it however.Set 4. I'll go with The Kinks with All Day & All Of The Night because you want to be with her All of the time! Closing out the set with The Raspberries doing I Wanna Be With You because THAT'S all that you want to do when you are both obsessed by BLISS! Yes, Little Steven, how about OBSESSION = BLISS? Somewhat close, I would say, even though there is a slight difference. I'll leave it to The LOVE DOCTOR to explain that difference! Set 5. The Chiffons with I Have A Boyfriend, which, I know is one of your all-time Girl Group favs, Little Steven! My other choice from the Excellent 5th set to close the EXCELLENT show would be Angel Eyes by the Disciples Of Soul. Really cuts right to the HEART! And there you have it. Now that wasn't so bad-was it? By the way, ALL of the soundbytes were Excellent examples of BLISS! So, I guess that's it for another week. Next week, we shall be evaluating DISSAPOINTMENT! So that's what comes next, eh? Thanks Again, LOVE DOCTOR Little Steven for both the Excellent show as well as your LOVE SCHOOLIN'! Continue to really dig your excellent sponsor, The United Association. UAVIP! As they continue to provide excellent training and jobs to our Veterans in the Piping Industry. Filling a much needed void. So that's it until next week, all you lovers! Until Then. To All who live IN and FOR, The Underground Garage-Peace Be With You! EEYAHH! SMRZ!!!

I heard a song at about 8:45p.m. on 8/12/13 and the main line was "one time, two times decimated" does anyone recognize this and know the title? is there a way to view the actual playlist for that timeslot?? thanks for any help.

  • rossnelson1

Gary, i didn't hear the song on the date/time you've mentioned but from you're lyric quote i'm thinking the title is actually "One Time, Two Times, Devastated" and it's by an Australian band called DM3.
