Episode 200: It Really Is Andrew's Birthday!

This week in the Underground Garage we are celebrating Show Number 200--and were just getting started. How are we celebrating? Well, it also happens to be Andrew Loog Oldham's birthday. Who is that, you ask? One of the coolest dudes ever, that's all, and destined for the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame. Any decade now. Joining us will be the band he discovered, signed, managed, and publicized: The Rolling Stones. And joining them will be Small Faces, The McCoys, The Strangelove$, The Blues Project, Donovan! New music from Zombina & The Skeletones, The Vacancies, The Novaks, The Greenhornes, The Charms, The Lords Of Altamont, and the very cool new album by the Strokes! Find out what John Mayall, Chris Farlowe, Rod Stewart, and Sonny Bono have in common. It's really Andrew's birthday, baby! This weekend, in the Underground Garage.
