Hey baby, Little Steven here with our weekly Underground Garage pop quiz.

What is the greatest album of all time?

Yeah not bad…Uh huh…Maybe…I don’t think so…

We are going with Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, and we are celebrating its birthday this week.

Joining us will be all the other artists on the charts at the same time the week of Sgt. Pepper’s release.

Including Otis Redding, the Lovin’ Spoonful, the Tremolos, the Turtles, the Animals, the Hollies, the Easybeats, Gary Lewis and the Playboys, and the Grass Roots.

We are celebrating the greatest album ever made this weekend in the world’s only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio.

I‘ll see you this weekend in the Underground Garage.

Good show... Here's a cool story about the release of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band:

In 1967, the World's Fair was help in Montréal and was known as "Man and His World" ("Terre des Hommes")... A journalist from the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) knew the album was being released in the UK before the States or Canada... He had a friend who was a stewardess for Air Canada and was on a London/Montréal flight on the day of the release... He had asked her to buy a copy and bring it back on the return flight... As soon as she got off the plane, she had the record courried over the World's Fair... The journalist had the record put on the speaker system of the place... After being played once, visitors asked for it to be played again... It turned out that for the rest of the day, the record was played again and again...

Great Story, Steed! I guess that Little Steven never heard that one because in all of the Sgt. Pepper shows, he has Never mentioned it. Leave it to a Crafty and Devoted Underground Garage Member from Canada! I learn so much from you! Keep up the very cool and enlightening extras! I guess that The Administrator was on vacation, or something. Now, we have 4 shows to catch up on! Peace, Eh? Take care, my friend from the Great White North! Peace, SMRZ!

This show has a melancholy though it ends when B.D. tries out his @George Jones sings #TinPanAlley.
The 2 songs from the same recording sessions: Only a Northern Song, Strawberry Fields Forever's inclusion guarantee what u said as exhiliration.
