Hey baby, Little Steven here. Up in the morning and out to school. Oh my god it’s that time again.
Lord have mercy.
But don’t worry kids, we’re going to get you through it, and your guidance counselors will be the Yardbirds, the Beach Boys, the Chocolate Watchband, the Rolling Stones, J. Geils Band, and the Sex Pistols.
Brand new music from Moonlight Towers out of Austin Texas, the Smithereens have a new record, Master Plan from the Lower East Side, Death By Unga Bunga out of Norway, Butch Walker & the Black Widows, and Genya Ravan, godmother or Rock n’ Roll herself.
You have to tune in this week to find out what Dolly Parton, James Brown, and Mrs. Wojciechowski have in common.
It’s our Back To School special in the world’s only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio. I’ll see you this weekend in the Underground Garage.

(a) it's a great record that (b) you probably wouldn't have even *known* was Dolly if Steven didn't tell you. Sounds like a lost girl-group classic to me. Which is why we all listen in the first place...
Spread the word to all about this and all shows, Little Steven WILL go into the Rock & Roll H O F, solo, from all his efforts here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
