Every year around this time I start getting nervous, I start breaking out in zits, and all kinds of things start happening because it’s back to school time, and we are celebrating in spite of that.
We are celebrating this dubious holiday with the Yardbirds, the Runaways, the Rolling Stones, the Chocolate Watchband, the Shangri-Las, and the Easybeats.
Brand new music from Rancid, new stuff from the Booby Traps out of Australia, Graham Day, Len Price 3, and the Noisettes, all out of England, Tinted Windows from Chicago, among other places, and there will be a test this week.
So come find out what Dolly Parton, James Brown, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Mrs. Wojakowski have in common.
