Hey everybody, Little Steven here.
As most of you know by now we lost Clarence Clemons a few days ago.
The Rock and Roll world lost an irreplaceable performer. The E Street Band lost its second member. And I lost another life long friend.
So this week in the Underground Garage we are changing our format to do a tribute to Clarence, his solo work with The Red Bank Rockers, his acting roles, and of course his unforgettable work with the E Street Band.
So come celebrate “The Big Man†this weekend in the Underground Garage.

Looking forward to sunday night. Sorry for your loss and prayers are with you and all of Clarences friends and family.
As a fan since the first LP I will miss him and the joy he brought to my life. He lives on thru his music and his spirit.
You know, Steven, the Big Man is larger than life, so lets celebrate the life of Clarence, and the life he left in all of us. He will always give me goosebumps and make me smile.
The sound that the Big Man gave to the ESB is unforgettable. He is so awesome and we'll never forget him.
Can't wait to give it a listen, Steven, I'm sure you will give the usual reverence and respect you always give music. My best to the ESB and your families in this difficult time.
I know you're hurting right now, Steven, but thank you in advance for putting together one "For Clarence" on short notice. I'm really looking forward to it, with hopefully some smiles through the tears. Movie roles, you say? Well, of course, in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure", Clarence played "One of the Three Most Important People in the Universe" . . . the joke was on the=joke-in-the-movie, because, while I don't know who the other two might be, The Big Man certainly was/is a Most Important Person in *this* universe! :-D Been listening to both his playing and old interviews with him lately, and can't wait to hear more from one who knows him much better than "we, the great unwashed" :-)~ do! Much love to all of you "on E-Street", including Danny and Clarence, who now live "a little farther up" that famous thoroughfare :-) . . .
CLARENCE, WE MISS YOU !!!
THANKS FOR YOUR MUSIC
THANKS FOR THE FUN YOU GAVE TO US.
THANKS FOR THE LOVE YOU GAVE TO US.
Steve, we will never forget the Big Man (and Danny). All our love and thoughts to his family and the E Street Band!
All the best from the Netherlands
A beautiful, beautiful tribute to the Big Man. Thank you.
The slow version of 10th Avenue is wonderful and a great way to start the show. Saddened as I am by his death, I cannot begin to imagine how it is affecting those that loved him as the Band does. RIP Big Man, my prayers are with you, your family and the Band
how do we listen in live tonight online?
Thanks Steven for the show. I love you guys and I already miss the music and what could have been. But I have faith what will come will be saintly and sinful!
nm I found it... Stevie, I can't wait to hear this show. thx for doing this. I just listened to the rebroadcast of that final Buffalo show 11.22.09... was right in front you on the stage jetty in front of clarence that night. I'll never forget the look on ur face when you were trying to signal those guys with the lit up Santy Claus hat to pass it down from the stands to get it onstage :) what a performance and sooo many memories from that night... hope to see ya guys again soon :).... On an unrelated topic...I don't know who handles your advertising for this website, but boy was I surprised to come to this very page and see an ad for GLENN BECK!
Thank you Stevie for this beautiful show and tribute to the Big Man. His saxophone will be missed very much just as his presence on stage. I loved the opening song and statement.
I had goosebumps all over.
We will never forget Clarence.
Greetings from the Netherlands,
Wilbert

Missed For Clarence. Will it be included in archived shows here? I don't get Serius.
Please, please is there anywhere on the internet where I can download this wonderful tribute to Clarence?
Hi Steven,
Is the show for Clarence allready on he Internet? I still see Bikini Beach as " this week's show "
The Big Man could move mountains when he played. Watching Mr. Clemons play his sax was absolutely incredible. Mr. Clemons will truly be missed.
Moving words for the big man at the start of the show.
He will be missed.
I LOVED the tribute! But as surreal as it is for me to be criticizing anything by Little Steven (and I know that there was a TON of material to choose from), I can't believe that "He Can't Love You" or "Lover" by The Michael Stanley Band didn't make the cut. I remember when I first saw them play live before buying the album, I thought the saxophone player was killing himself to sound like Clarence. After I bought the record, I found out why.
Thanks for the love, Big Man!
