Hey baby, Little Steven here.
This week in the Underground Garage we have part 2 of The British Invasion.
The greatest music ever made, this week featuring the Rhythm and Blues side of things.
Featuring the Rolling Stones, the Kinks, the Who, the early Moody Blues, Manfred Man, and the Spencer Davis Group.
Of coarse we include the greatest new records in the world from the Rodeo Queens, R.E.M. has a new one, the High Dials out of Montréal, the Deadbeat Poets, and we can’t get enough of this new Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band record.
Come hear a few of the British Invasion bands that didn’t invade, but should have.
And come find out how many records Jimmy Page really did play guitar on. I’ll give you a hint, it’s more than you think.
It’s the British Invasion Part 2, this weekend in the world’s only Rock n’ Roll dance party on the radio.
I’ll see you this weekend in the Underground Garage.

Man, it's great to see this site back to full functionality! Thank you, Little Steven! You are today's Alan Freed, and we'll all be thanking you on our own radio shows for the rest of our lives!
'Bout freakin' time you got the site back up LOL! I've missed it, since I don't have a personal archive of *every* show (although I recorded most of 2010 with my FM/MP3 unit). Especially important that the archive be there, now, since I do not currently reside in a city that carries LSUG (Hello, KSFX in Phoenix, are you listening?). I usually pull it in off the internet, now, either via KKRW in Houston (my old "home" station) or KSAN out of San Fran. I'm not *crazy* about the look of the new site, but it's OK --- I really rather liked the old one, and saw no reason to visually redesign it, and I personally didn't have any functionality problems with it, either, so I was like "What gives?" Anyway, glad you're back, and hope you get the "next show" feature updated --- it still shows last week's show (British Invasion II). Oh, and why does this thingie refer to me as "Joomla" in parentheses? I have never used that as a nickname, and don't know the reference. ???
Thanks for updating the site, thanks for the shows, and of course thank you for the education.......
I missed the name of the band/song of the coolest song of the week. Can you tell me?
Thanks for SO MUCH Little Steven & all @ LSUG!!! When is FUZZTOPIA gonna be up & running again?
Will the playlist be back? That was a really cool feature. Thanks for the best music ever, gerrald
We will be updating the recent playlists over the next week or so.
Where can I find the playlist information ?
Need the playlists back! Need that music bed info, it's part of the appeal of the show!
Sweet..................
Nice to have the site up & running on full horsepower. Always liked the British Invasion shows, & the Valentines Day tribute to Love gone bad. You are the spritual son of......
