Good morning sports fans, Little Steven here with our Underground Garage pop quiz of the week. What’s the most important date ever in the universe? No…No…No, but close. February 9, 1964 of course. The Big Bang of rock ‘n roll, the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show, and we are celebrating it this week. Joining us will be the Swingin’ Blue Jeans, Badfinger the Bee Gees when they were a rock ‘n roll band, the Moody Blues, and the Marvelettes. Cool new stuff from the Foxboro Hot Tubs, the Doughboys, the Hives, the Urges, Hell On Heels, and the Pretty Things. Tune in and find out what Del Shannon, Fats Domino, and Peter Zaremba have in common. It’s the most important date in the universe. It changed everything.
