Does nothing make sense anymore? No logic. No reason. No fun. Is life just that unbeatable combination of confusing and boring? Well, expand your consciousness this week in the Underground Garage as we revisit 1967 and the psychedelic music that makes your grandparents act so weird at holiday get-togethers. Joining us will be the Small Faces, the Who, the Jefferson Airplane, Traffic, the Hollies, and the Chocolate Watchband. Contemporary Garage from Shazam, the Warlocks, Anderson Council, the Contrast and the High Dials. Find out what Donovan, Mr. Brown and King Mias have in common. And you don't think we'd do a psychedelic show without the Electric Prunes do you? No chance, baby. Join us for a psychedelic love-in this weekend in the Underground Garage.

The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer - they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer.

As always this is the best mix of music. Thanks and thanks for making it available all the time!!
Man I love listening to some of these old shows!! And the Anderson Counsel sound REALLY good here!!
The CSTW is listed as the High Dials' "Morning's White Vibration", while it is actually Outrageous Cherry's "Pretty Girls Go Insane"...
Also, in set 2, it is the High Dials' "Morning's White Velvet" that is played instead of Outrageous Cherry's listed "Girl You Have Magic Inside You"... Oh! and the Archive Only songs of Pink Floyd and the Velvet Underground aren't played...
Yes on all counts. I think the track here is from the second time they did this show so there were changes from the first show. The list is from the first time they did this. I like this show a lot, but I must admit, I'd rather hear the show with Girl You Have Magic Inside You in it-a REALLY outstanding song!! This show still is QUITE good though!!
